The Audi e-tron has been on the market since 2019 and was Audi's first all-electric SUV. Two main variants are available: the e-tron 50 quattro and the e-tron 55 quattro. The main difference is in the battery pack: The e-tron 50 has a gross battery capacity of 71 kWh and the e-tron 55 has a 95 kWh battery pack.
In practice, that equates to a range of about 300-320 km for the e-tron 50, and 350-400 km for the e-tron 55 in normal use.
Both models come standard with quattro all-wheel drive (Dual Motor). The e-tron is known for its quiet, comfortable ride, air suspension and high build quality.
The e-tron comes standard with adaptive cruise control, a digital dashboard and good charging speed. Depending on trim, things like a panoramic roof, leather upholstery, matrix LED headlights and 360° camera may also be included.
The Audi e-tron 55 remains a very comfortable, quiet and luxurious electric car even after several years as a used car. Thanks to DC charging up to 150 kW, it is also suitable for long trips. However, it is important to check the status of the electric motors, especially in early builds (2019-2020) there have been cases of motor problems. We will check this for you and arrange additional insurance if necessary, so you can drive carefree.
Also pay attention to consumption: the e-tron is heavy and wide, which makes for higher power consumption on average than, say, a Tesla Model Y or BMW iX3.
Looking for a premium electric SUV that excels in quietness and comfort? Then the Audi e-tron is an excellent choice.
